Shipping Terms

Thank you for shopping with Hi-Tech Pharma. We are committed to ensuring that your orders are delivered accurately and efficiently. Please read our Shipping Terms carefully to understand our policies for shipping within India.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship products to all locations within India. We do not ship internationally currently. In case you are an international customer, please reach out to us for delivery support using out contact numbers available in Contact Us section.

2. Delivery Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 10 business days from the date the order is placed, excluding weekends and public holidays. In case of high demand/special cases, a delay in shipment can be expected, in which case you shall be informed of the same.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight, order volume, dimensions, and delivery location of your order.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and link via email/SMS to track your shipment. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your order directly through the courier’s website or customer service.

5. Damaged or Defective Goods

We take utmost care to package all products securely. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the order.

We may ask you to send us photos of the damaged items and the packaging for verification.

Once verified, we will either arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, based on your preference and product availability, if we find there was an issue at our end after proper investigation. 

6. Address Errors

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of order placement. We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

If there is an error in the shipping address, please contact our customer service team immediately to make corrections before your order is shipped.

7. Non-Delivery

In cases where the delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal of delivery, the order will be returned to us, and you will be refunded the order amount minus the shipping and handling charges. We will inform you of any such cases via email/SMS.

8. Out of Stock Items

In the rare event that an item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible. You will have the option to:

Wait for the item to be restocked, or

Cancel the order and receive a full refund.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Hi-Tech Pharma, we are committed to providing the best products and services to our customers. We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or request a refund for your purchase. Please review our Refund and Cancellation Policy below to understand the process.

1. Order Cancellation

Once an order has been placed, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you may still return the product (subject to our return policy, as outlined below) if it has packaging/ leakage/ quality issues, and the same will be considered for refund of amount paid post investigation and validation of facts.

2. Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Hi-Tech Pharma. If you are not satisfied with your product, you may be eligible to return it under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns:

The product must be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt.

The product should be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, with the seal intact (if applicable).

The product must not be tampered with, damaged, or expired.

Health and pharmaceutical products (such as animal feed supplements, vitamins, etc.) may be subject to stricter return conditions due to hygiene and safety standards.

All returns and refund are subject to approval by Hi-Tech Pharma.

Non-Returnable Products:

Opened or used products (unless defective).

Custom-made or special-order products.

Products that are not in their original condition or packaging.

How to Return:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via phone or email with your order number and reason for return.

Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with the necessary instructions.

Returns must be sent to the address provided by our customer support team.

Return Shipping Charges:

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or there was an error on our part (e.g., wrong product sent).

If the return is due to a defective product or shipping error, Hi-Tech Pharma will cover the return shipping cost.

3. Refund Policy

Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Refunds Will Be Issued Under the Following Conditions:

Full Refund: If the product is defective, damaged during shipping, or if we made an error with your order.

Partial Refund: If the product is returned in a used or damaged condition (except for defective products).

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.

If the payment was made via cash on delivery (COD), the refund will be processed to your bank account or via other methods as determined by Hi-Tech Pharma.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

5. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

In such cases, we will either:

Replace the defective product at no additional charge.

Offer a full refund if a replacement is not available.

Please provide supporting documentation such as photos of the damaged product and packaging to facilitate the resolution process.

Hi-Tech Pharma is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages that may arise due to the use of our products or shipping delays.
