Over three decades, his relentless dedication and insightful leadership saw the birth of Hi-Tech Pharma in 1998. Manufacturing
Feed Phosphates:
From our 600TPM facility established in 2012, we deliver the essential Dicalcium Phosphate—a cornerstone feed additive vital for poultry health.
Premixes / Feed Supplements:
Since its inaugural in the year 2011, our Premix facility has been at the forefront of crafting holistic solutions addressing the Nutritional, Environmental, and Health needs of Aquaculture, Poultry, and Veterinary sectors. Every product in this mix is registered with the “Coastal Aquaculture Authority” – a Regulatory Arm of the Animal Husbandry Department – Govt of India, for a stringent screening of “Residual Antibiotics” before they are marketed.
Biotechnology:
Harnessing the power of a 15KL Solid State and Submerged Fermentation facility, which has an installed capacity for fermenting 1000 TPM of powders or granules and 500 TPM of liquids, built over an area of 2000 m2 , our Biotech division pioneers an extensive spectrum of Probiotic / Direct Fed Microbial, Bio-therapeutic strains (safer alternative to chemical antibiotics). These strains, available in individual strains or potent consortia, boast of CFU concentrations ranging from 1 billion to 100 billion CFU per gram, for Water, Soil and Disease management in Aquaculture, Gut Microbiota and immunity of birds and animals, selectively inhibiting potential pathogenic populations limiting diseases.
Distribution Dynamics:
Expanding our Feed Phosphate portfolio and venturing into distribution, we’ve forged a strategic alliance with SOLVAY (rebranded as SYENSCO), a renowned global pioneer in advanced materials and specialty chemicals. This partnership marks a significant milestone, having secured exclusive distribution rights for Solvay’s Tricalcium Phosphate (with a 20% Phosphorus content, first ever globally), tailored for the Indian Poultry Industry. Additionally, our commitment extends to importing and trading Monocalcium Phosphate 22%, further enhancing our product diversity and market reach. We moreover hold inclusive distribution rights.
